With 50% tint, if the lenses ever get condensation build up, which they sometimes do,you'll be able to see it alot more. I went with 100% anddeleted the 3rd brake light on mine. It looks clean and smooth.

Black that shiz out...I'm about to black out my heads, tails, markers, and fogs. The blackout look looks so sinister it's sickening.[sm=badbadbad.gif]

Just one thing to consider. Blackout tail lights are harder to see illuminated if someone is behind you and they have the sun in their eyes. [&:]

i say 100% black out would look mean as hell, but i'd personally be too paranoid to do it for fear of somebody rear-ending me...some people are dumb enough as it is when driving, not seeing the brake lights would be an open invitation for an accident.....[&:]

I too want black tails...but I'm too paranoid. Leaves the rear-ender with a possible way of placing the blame on me. No thanks...that and I dont need another excuse to get pulled over and then the officer decide to search everything and find my lack of cats.
