Alright, long story short, I have a 2002 GT that makes 370/360 thanks to a vortech and iam about to put 3.73 gears in. My car with see occasional track time with MT ET Street Radials or BFG drag radials. Should i spend the extra money and put 31 spline stuff in?

i would say yes, alot of power and sticky tires for that stock axle

Definetly, it will help get the max potential out of your current setup.

unless you want to break your rear end, i'd say get it.

yes, its not cheap but worth it if you use drag radials and see the track often.

i would do it, they arent that much and its just one more thing that makes your car stronger to take the abuse... i was thinking about doing it and i dont have nearly that much hp

If you're really launching the car hard, then definitely get some 31 splines, they'll save you the embarrassment of getting all revved up for the green, popping that clutch and then SNAP. You get towed home.

a spline now or a whole rear end later... but you get to decide what is cheaper
