i am really thinking abut nitrous now right now, so if i wanted do it i wanna do it right. so im think about an mmr 800 with ported heads and blower cams with upgraded springs. and maybe a 75 shot, with my stock motor, 125 shot with the built motor. but since it will be a vortech on there sooner or later can i run like a 8.5 compression or 9.0 compression on it while sprayin the nos? i know i need to upgrade the supporting mods with it. im just looking for 550 with the blower alone and the juice will add more to it later. but what do you guys think, does that sound like a plan??? is there something else you would recomend??? please answer lol

Call up and talk with mmr, they're helpful in picking out enngine combos within your budget/ambitions. The compression will really depend on what boost you want to run and what gas you want to use to make that 550hp. The haha gas will come later and they can even help with cam selection to get the most of both power adders.
