This is crazy, the mach or the SS shouldn't be that cheap with such low miles. The mach for like 19K, and the SS for 15-16K. I have family in wyoming, I know it's bad they have to drive 31 miles to get gas it's insane. No matter what though, there is this place online called eBay and many people buy and sell cars there. Including my family in wyoming cause the car selection there is so bad.
There is no way both the cars can be anywhere near that price.
Get a computer+internet for $350, and sell the mach 1 on eBay for triple that price, and same with the SS.

Are you sure you are lookingat a Mach1 & a Camaro SS for those prices? Or are you confusing them with a Honda Civic & a Toyota Celica?

haha really , Mach 1s go for 15 to 20k here in the Detroit area and thats mustang country out here, Ls1s usually go for 11k to 16k here also. They either gotta have a salvage title , gotta be Dressed up cars made into clones , Have no engine , The seller is trying to lure you into a trap so they can do creepy and horrible things to you or Just down right rich and can afford to sell nice cars like that for dirt cheap. sounds a little off to me , maybee theres a mistake in the selling price ??

dont buy those cars. he is trying to rip you off. trust me. i learned my lesson from buying a nice car for cheap. something bad is waiting to happen. for all you know the car's entire frame is being held together with duct tape. DONT DO IT! RUN!

So much **** poor information in here.
#1 LS1 Fbodies are not any heavier than a Mach 1, maybe 100lbs at most.
#2 The engine does not have to come out the bottom on the Camaro, I know for a fact, I just pulled mine out the top 2 weeks ago (took me about 5 hours)
#3 The LS1 will hit 400rwhp with the right cam, most bolt ons and a good tune.
#4 Anyone who thinks a Mach will handle better than SS has never drivin one, they are about even here.
Looks and comfort are completely subjective and bringing them up is not rellivant, the OP asked about performance.
Machs can be fast as well but from my experiance they cost more to mod (4 cams, headers are a PITA).
