Adjusting the decay rate can adjust and help. If it doesn't, do the IAC mod. Only decrease the gasket by about 20% and give that a shot first. It'll work, I promise.

With the added presure drag on the system because of the pump running it takes longer for the system to react.

i always thought it was called hang time. i know a way you can solve that is by getting a light weight fly wheel, but i wouldnt recomend getting one because they suck if you have to drive your car up hills.

I've never noticed.

Might have to try a small rev with the clutch in to see...

not to get off topic, but my car runs like **** **** **** when I turn on the heater, and even worse when I turn on the A/C.

It won't idle for ****, it's all over the place, and the car surges and jerks when i accelerate or try to hold a certain speed....

Adjusting the decay rate can adjust and help. If it doesn't, do the IAC mod. Only decrease the gasket by about 20% and give that a shot first. It'll work, I promise.

Mine used to hang all the time, I did the IAC mod and now I dont have any problems out of it at all...
