Focus pump? Check this out.
We all know the Focus SVT pump is 255lph right? Is it?
When I bought my car, it already had the pump in there. I had a recipt(?) for the pump from Dallas Mustangs, but it didn't say anything about a focus.
So here's what I wrote to Dallas Mustangs.

Subject: Part # 9141
I purchased one of your fuel pumps for my mustang (#9141, 99-04,motorcraft)
I need to know the specific LPH rating on this pump. Where may I find that?
They replied with

That is the SVT Focus fuel pump and is 305LPH.
Does Dallas Mustangs have some kind of special Focus pump? Is that the reason I'm making more than 500rwhp on it? What's up?

thats sweet. i hope mine is a 305 as well.i know this is off topic but why did they delete alot of the threads .i made a thread yesterday and they deleted it and they even changed my sig back to how it was before after i changed it.something is wrong with this site.

The Focus pump is rated at 255lph by ford, but acording to KB flows much less than that. In fact according to this article, Dual SVT Focus pumps only flow 286lph @ 80psi. I don't know how your running 500rwhp on a single SVT Focus pump. They usually fall on their face around 410-420rwhp.

Well I have a dyno sheet showing 426/509 and the fuel pump was in the 8X% efficiency range says the SCT pro software. I made sure he kept his eye on the pump. Maybe I don't have a Focus pump.
