What's with the Mustang hate??
 

I know it's been asked before but I've yet to see a definate answer. I was out washing my car a while ago and while working on it some kids who didn't even look old enough to drive walk by and say "mustangs suck!" I replied "yeah, you wouldn't like them, they're not for pussys who talk $hit and walk away." And what do they do? Walk away like they're tough.

So my question is why do people seem to hold something against us? I know it's not just me as i've heard many people complain of the same thing. Is it plain jealously? Are most Mustang owner's jerks to people all the time so people just assume we all are? Or do people feel Mustangs are somehow inferior to the cars they drive? I've never met aMustang owner that seemed like a jerk to me, even before I had the Mustang. Any thoughts? Opinions?

Wow. You need to move. I've never had an encounter of that sort. I heard a WOW! from a young kid on the sidewalk just today. Older and new, they all seem to like the stang.

PS: Don't know what it is, might be the angle, but the spoiler-less look on your ride is just missing some thing. Maybee lower it some morein the back?

Maybe I do need to move lol. I don't know it might just be retarded kids thinking they're cool. Like I said they looked like they were 15. Oh and yeah I took the spoiler off for a while but it did seem like something was missing, so I put it back on. Got compliments on it both ways though so I don't know

I think it has to do with some people just not liking ford...and taking it out on mustang owners...

I don't come across haters too often though... mostly people who like my car, people of all ages and guys with a lot of different cars.

Those kids might have older brothers with civics who think their cars own the world and that anything domestic sucks[8D]

yeah i mean i get the looks all the time. I even had a guy in a FOXBODY yell...is tht ur moms car!...when i was chillin wit sum chicas ;)haha. but yeah i don't get it either...most are cool though, and im nt a dick to ppl so i dnt see why they are.

iv never had any haters say anything about my car. the worst thing thats happened is some fag reved his like 1912 4door integra at me lol big whoop.

everytime i drive around here i hear guys say man that is a bada$$ mustang, even from ricers... but remember im not the kind to disrespect someone elses ride... i always remember that no matter what kind of modded car it is, they love theirs as much as i love mine so i dont talk sh!t

well most of the time...ppl don't verbally hate...they just drive like jacka**es, like cut me off or box me in and stuff. But i get compliments all the time too...so its a love hate thing haha
