So after having a set of 4.10s sitting in my room for well over a year, they are finally going in this monday! Im going with joe heck racing, saw his ad in one of the mustang mags and they recently opened thier shop in my area. Gave be the best quote for install around here (400) and is very helpful. Ill let you guys no how the install goes.

but yeah $400 for labor is quiet expensive... i think ford themselves do it for like $400 lol. my local performance shop does it for $250 but umm... you should save the $400 and install it yourself thats how im doing my 373s next week once my bearing kit comes in.

haha dang, 400 is expensive... over here in houston its like 300 for the install and in fort worth its like 250-300

You will love them...

$400 for just the install seems a bit expensive. I got mine installed in my GT for about $200. I think the total with gears, install and RP fluid was like $430.

Yea, jersey is real expensive. Been checking out shops for a year now and 400 was the lowest. But at the least i got a gaurentee that if something isnt right i can take it back and get it fixed. I just cant wait to finally have them in

You will love them! You have more patience than i do. No way was i going to let my gears sit in my room for a year. I was itching to have them installed the day i got them.

say goodbye to first gear lol jk. your gonna love them. i had them for about a year and loved them. I ended upswapping them out for 373's after i installed the nitrous.
