i think the 20's would look good, they fit alot better on the new body style than ours..... i wouldnt buy welds they just dont look right for a street car

Personally Id go with the 20s. I LOVE the look of Prostars on anything up to the 05s. But the S195s are bigger and bulkier and I think 15 inch rims on them would look way too small. 20s seem to look right at home on the 05+. If she really wanted a Prostar, Id check out Greg Weld rims and get a set of 17inch Racelite Star Rims so the car looks more proportionate...
