Default Mineral Gray 02 GT with a black scoop

I need to get my hood repainted and I was thinking about getting the scoop painted black. Did anyone else do this, and if so, can you post a pick? I used duplicolor washable paint to paint the scoop black but its a flat matte finish. Its looks ok but I would like to see what it would look like with a gloss finish.

doing the whole hood would look better than just the scoop.

Maybe this will help:

Silver GT with Black hood scoop!

Since we're on the subject, I was thinking, since my hood is all jacked up and cracked since it opened on me on the freeway and cracked my windshield, maybe I'll do one of those carbon fiber hood wraps!

that just looks out of place........ like you couldnt afford to get it painted to match the car.

Very nice Pikuoff. If you're gonna do the black hood scoop then you must have the chin spoiler and black wing as well.
