Default Would i be pushing it to far?

Just wanted to know if i'd be pushing it to far, to run a 315/30 BFG DR on an 18x9.5 wheel? I know that the recommended size is like 18x11, but i've seen a few guys like groundpounder run big meats on thin wheels... I've seen 295's on 18's and they just dont seem to cut it for me! So if yall would be willing to give me yall's opinion's that'd be great! And pics. would also be greatly appreciated!

Nothing wrong with it. You can do it, just have a little extra sidewall bulge, but it's not really a big deal.

Put it this way. I drove around with a 15x8 wheel with a 13.5" wide tire on it for a couple months.

I believe, if I remember correctly, that tire guru's say that you can go an inch and half in either direction? it might be an inch, not sure.
