Default need info on lightly moded '00 GT 1/4 times

i have been wondering what times i should be running in my GT. i have a mac fenderwell intake, bbk 78mm throttle body/upper plenum, no cats, stock H pipe, dual flowmasters, and 295r35/18 toyo T1Rs on the back. i aslo have a centerforce dual friction clutch. i have seen video of bone stock GT with a pro driver and stock tires running 13.67. im a pretty good driver for what its worth. i hope to run about the same time, but anything under 14 would be just fine. please let me know and i know that there are threads regarding 1/4 times but everyone has a huge list of mods so i cant compare.

First run probably 14.8, then after a few runs, I'd say around 14.5 @ 99.

With some practice maybe 14.0/14.1, it matters on the D/A a lot too.

You probably only have about 10-15 more HP than stock, so don't expect the world.

you didnt say weither or not it was a 5 speed or auto, then just because you think your a good driver doesnt mean you are one. no offense. and if your asking about your times, then im assuming your not too confident and you want our opinions to back up so you can feel more confident. you having those mods, ill give you 14.4 at best. after a few passes.

Yeah 14.4 at best. Driving at the strip is MUCH difference than driving in town. Especially your first time... So much stuff going on and you're scared to make a mistake.
Just take it easy... You'll be in the 13s after some more work. Take your time. Its much more enjoyable that way.

The reaction time has no bearing on the 1/4 miles time, so the staging lights have no effect.

uhh yes i know reaction time doesnt bear on 1/4 but if your racing somebody else, reaction time makes alot. because people count the lights themselves. that was a bad on mypart, i mistyped.

Not sure what you mean. If the light goes green you can sit there for 2 seconds and it won't start counting till the front tires cross the beams.

If you just mean your racing someone and going to be nervous then yeah... it may effect your driving.

+1. But when you go out there for the first time. You shouldn't be trying to race other people, you should be trying to beat your self. Focus on what you do and try to learn what works best. Try different things to see if you can improve. Your car has easy 13 second potential, but also where you race at makes a huge difference.

I'll be heading to the track in Valdosta GA the first weekend in November... If anyone close wants to join me, that would be fun
