Unhappy Bad morning PICS*

So my hood wasnt latched down all the way from last night. I fell asleep before I closed it. Totally forgot about it this morning. Turned out of my neighborhood, got up to about 40mph, glanced to the right for some reason then turned back and my hood was halfway up. Before I realized it, it smashed my windsheild. So thats all cracked up, got two dents in the roof and a busted hood/plastic piece. Sucky morning but the insurance claims it as a flying object so it doesnt affect my record or anything. Itll take about 2-3 weeks until I get it back...

The pimp *** rental

Some irony here...its got a new windsheild...I miss my baby

I really hope it looks okay when its done. I dont trust paint shops at all but they offer a lifetime garantee on their work and I have no other choice. I think this happend to ghostrider a while back and ever since then that image stuck in my mind. Now it happend to me

Sorry to hear of your bad luck. This past week I fell asleep while I was cooking a pizza. I got off work and home around 1:22am and was starving. So....when I started smelling burning food I woke up quickly and you know the rest of the story! But seriously your
Stang will be as good as new when shes fixed.

That sucks. I did that with my 89 gt. I was fine until i hit a set of railroad tracks. My hood got ripped off the car and luckily landed in someones front yard and not the street.

atleast thats not as bad as forgetting to put your hood pins back in like i did.....my cowl hood saved me though, the cowl is so tall that it hit my windshield wipers and stopped my hood from hitting my roof
