Default need your opinion

So im all set on some 18's 18x9 up front 18x10.5 out back. I wanna try to keep the same side wall as my 17's 275/40/17 & 315/35/17 they do make 275/40/18 but i could not find 315/35/18?????? I did find 305/30/18 also found 335/30/18. The reason I wanna keep the same side wall is because I can use the extra inch of ground clearance. plus it would be doing is adding the extra inch in rim diameter. plus i belive this is the only way that i could filling up the wheel wells a bit more without lowering it even more. GUYS im no tire expert So please dont be harsh. lol Bring it on GUYS.

Didn't know anyone made an 18x10.5, thought the widest you could go was 10"? I don't think the 335's would fit on a 10" wheel, but those would have the thickest sidewall of everything you listed, and actually, to be honest your talking about a couple milimeters to a centimeter in sidewall difference between those tires.

wow, never seen them offered in that size. You should be able to fit the 335's on there, but they will be pretty damn expensive.

EDIT: and tire sizes are read as (tread width in milimeters)/(sidewall thickness in percentage of tread width)/rim size

so 30% of 335 is going to be very, very close to 40% of 315

DAMN
17's for the tires I run are like 280-330 a pop, plus mounting and balancing, not something to laugh at my friend.

I would too, I don't think anyone around here has even heard of a 18x10.5 wheel before, or at the very least we havn't seen it.
