Default 3.73's vs. 4.10's

What are the major differences. And what are the pro's and cons of each set of gears? Thanks!

^ LOL @ +1 besides

i'll do a short recap for u

Forced induction (S/ced Turbo) 3.73s at the STEEPEST

N/A 4.10s or steeper 4.30/ 4.56

4.10s are fine for daily driving and will give you more pull down low (rpms) than the 3.73s

the gas loss is minimal some people even claim to gain MPG because they are in the next

gear.

That is all.

3.73's=longer pulls but not as fast outta the hole.
4.10's=quicker outta the hole but shorter pulls.

it really all depends on what you want outta the car. and if you can decide, go 3.90's. right smack dab in the middle. longer pulls than 4.10's but quicker outta the hole than 3.73's. $199 through pro 5.0 if youre interested.

But the problem with 3.90's is that motive makes them and they are known to whine even though I know some people say it worked out ok for them

Pro 5.0 makes their own gears and they are supposed to be the quietest gears out there. And the 3.90's are only $199.

3.73's best all around gear IMO...& get the FRPP gears (= no whine)

For the love of jebus.. Motive makes the ford gears. Motives whine because they were not installed right, plain and simple.
