But there was no need to....

You went from 3" on the throttle body to a 4" pipe back to a 3" MAF sensor which dosn't make a bit of sense.

You could have just stayed with a 3" coupler off the throttle body, 3" pipe fittings, and 3" coupler to the MAF sensor and gotten the same results and look a 1000% better.

Yeah but really it was a $50 intake so if nothing else it was $50 worth of fun.. the K+N wasn't a waste of money so i'd say $50 intake= meh atleast he had fun with it.

100 bucks..for that?
There are people that regret buying POS BBK Chrome intakes all over craigslist that sell it for 50 bucks..could of got that and a cheap used HID Kit for that price.

Also, one of the reasons ppl go short ram is because it is a straight shot..that is why it yields higher HP gains (K&N website proves there most expensive kit for the mustang shows a lower HP gain than the cheap FIPK) In your case, your SRI is not straight, so your missing out on all the advantages. Thing just don't look right, wouldn't be surprised if stock with K&N flowed better
