Default im a complete idiot..

let me start out by saying that my parents said "dont go out in the snow with your car"

and what do i do? yeah, i go out there

everything is fine. im on a backroad going 15mph approaching a turn.. what do you know, im not turning! im just skidding into my death slowly and painfully... nothing i coulda done

BOOOOOOOM.. nailed the curb..

rim - cracked but still holding air so i drove it home

parents are pisseddd of course..

i learned my lesson.. it seems im always learning things the hard way.

guess that $150 i won from AM is going towards a new 17x8 anthracite bullitt..

you guys think that there is any kind of front end damage besides the rim? i really didnt hit THAT hard.. maybe going 10mph and than i bounced off the curb and my car kinda just slid 10 ft and stopped... i really hope i didnt f*ck anything up

and DO NOT say anything about me being a dumb*ss bc i already know...

and of course NOBODY is selling bullitt rims or anything local so i cant pick one up.. does anybody want to sell me a bullitt rim??

What part of Jersey are you from?? And yes, btw, snow is a bad idea. I tried to make it to work last year and got stuck on a back road by St. Josephs Univ.

Nah, its alright man, things happen. And plus, you ALWAYS feel bad after something ****ty happens to your car. Luckily it doesn't sound like anything else would be too screwed up if you were able to drive it home. Depending on where you hit the rim, you might have screwed something up with your suspension. Hopefully that's not the case. At least you can go get those rims you wanted, AND the best time to upgrade is when you broke something

If you haven't lost any air by now that means the tire is still seated on the bead. But the wheel is probably all off balance and everything. I would definately check all the front suspension.

lol i feel your pain.. i got up this morning to see about 3 inches of snow. so i take it easy the 30 miles to work doing 40 on the innerstate and 25 on the 15 miles of back road,up and down hills. i got sideways about 10 time and was sideways for about 2 miles strait. i get to the first stop light got in the right turn lane doing 10 mph and started to slide about 60 feet from the car at the light, i turned my wheels to try to hit the curb and clipped the cars rear bumper. i split his bumper about 5 inches and split mine about 2 inches in 2 diffrent spots.

the funny part,i only attemped to make it beacuse i am only 1 week away from hitting my 90 days and didnt want to get fired for calling in. so i call work to tell them i was in a fender bender and i get a recording saying that they were closed because of the weather. i left at 6 am got in the accident at 6:45 and made it home at 9:45 am. it took me 3 hours to make it back home. i fu*king hate winter, but the up side is after i get new tires im getting an 03/04 cobra bumper to replace mine.
