Talking 31 Spline rearend

Im gonna be building my rear end soon and Im upgrading to 31 spline axels and I need to know what differential to go with. I figured that I would just go with the FRPP 31 spline diff for the time being since it is rebuildable and is built for 31 splines for only $300 and I think its the same diff that Ford used in the 03/04 Cobras. Would this be a wise choice??? Im planning on running some pretty sticky tires and pretty stout suspension setup. So I want some input from all of you to if this will work well for me or to just pay the extra $150 for the eaton posi. I'd rather not spend the extra money if I dont have to. And I will be doing gears at the same time and am probably going with either 3.73's or 3.90's. Dont know yet but I know im not going with 4.10's. I dont need them. And im not afraid of them...i just dont want that short of gears. I'll get along with a taller gear just fine so no trying to talk me into 4.10's in this thread. Just input on what axels and differential to go with. Thanks all.

I've had the frpp 31 spline diff for about 3 months now and it seems to be good.

I asked this same question a few months ago. I'm not positive, but I think it was dimebag who told me he's ran both units and fried the Eaton long before the FRPP.

Do all of the brands listed above turn just fine when the car isn't going straight?
