ive seen a flow chart on them and the flow is really unstable at the higher lift points, it actually reverts from like 240 back to 238 and back to 240 which shows signs of turbulence and that the head is already saturated at the point it first hits 240 cfm.

What flow chart are you looking at? The one I have on my desk shows the intake picking up CFM all the way up to 0.650" and never dropping off.

Here are the true numbers on the heads. We are also working on a full cnc'd head that shows big gains in flow.

Lift Intake Exhaust
.100 58 46
.200 124 99
.300 176 141
.400 218 170
.500 241 175
.600 242 183
.650 244 185

This was on the 38cc head using a 3.564 bore, flowed at 28" on our Superflow SF-600.

What are the estimated power gains for a car with or without aftermarket camshafts?

do you not agree that after .5 the intake port is basically saturated? what is the estimate for the cnc'd "R" heads?

I want a set of them "R" heads for my ride when you bring them out. Built motor with that much flow is looking at higher 3XXrwhp and then looking at like the possibility of extremely high hp f/i 2v mustangs. Finally able to compete with 4v cars better!!!
