Default suspension help! need advice

heres my car, if you ask me it looks way too high, i'm looking for an aggressive stance but not slammed since the roads around here are pretty rough, think the ford racing springs would do justice or go with the eibach pro kit? thanks

Dont waste your time with either one of those. I suggest getting the H&R SuperSports and leaving the iso's in. That will give you a nice low stance and not be slammed too bad. I have prokit and i dont like the stance. Its honestly not low enough. So i suggest going with the H&R's.

Want it to handle like a rowboat and a just get a little drop?
ProKit or Ford B springs.

Want it to handle like a rowboat with more of a drop than a Prokit?
Sportlines.

Are you cheap?
Cut the stockers.

Want dramatically improve handling, make it look like secks and occaisionally high center on speed bumps?
H&R SS or Steeda sports.

Want the best money can buy and the ultimate in ride, adjustability and handling?
Coilovers.

Want great handling and a medium drop but can't afford coilovers?
H&R race or Steeda Comps.

Want a slight drop with a small improvement in handling?
Ford C springs.

Want it to handle like a shopping cart?
H&R Super Race.

Epic double post poisnd u!!! But i would go with the H&R's supersports. They wont lower it too much i dont think. And if you buy them and dont like them, i'll trade you for prokits!!!

Before I went to coilovers I had H and R supersports and they gave a 2" drop in the front and 1 3/4" drop in the rear. If your going more then 1 1/2" get a set of C/C plates.

I have 17" wheels and just put the SS in the front. Im very happy with it, even on these ****ty roads around here. You still have to be very careful on speed bumps
