I cannot find out anywhere how big the hole is in the 99-04 roush side skirts (for the exhaust tip). Help?

Well the hole is rectangular. starts off about 2" tall and finishes to about 3" tall. approx. 5" long. are you trying to fine a tip to fit it? the only one i would go with is the roush tip. it is the only one that is going to look good in the side skirt.

Thanks a lot man, I am looking for tips to complete my set-up but do not want to spend the ridiculous $400 for roush ones. I thought they would be the only wones that would look good too but then I found this pic. I think it looks pretty good.

they are expensive yes, but well worth it as they fit the hole perfectly.

The ones in the pic arent that bad i guess. i would have to see them from a better angle though.
