Default whats gonna break

hey ive been lookin at gettin a set of 26x11.5 or 12.5 mickey ets for the track. i ordered the msd 2 step so i will be leaving the line at over 4000 rpm at hopefully the full 8 lbs. of boost. i have an 8 clutch pack 31 spline diff, mosers a spec stage 3 clutch and the stock t45 trans (been screaming for the past 200 miles). what you guys think is gonna break and do some of the more experienced guys think i should just go with the street radials and have it hit a little softer?

That Spec 3 should take the T-45 out in short order. Probably the input shaft. The only way mine has lived is due to running a "soft" clutch. DR's will still be hard on things with their stiff sidewalls.

there nitto drag radials 325/50r15 (they suck b@lls). 15x10 prostars with 6.5 backspacing.

anybody know it the et street radials will fit the 15x10s in the 275/50r15? i believe mt advises an 8.5 inch rim but the hoosier drag radial in that size says it can go on anything from an 8 to an 11 inch rim.

I know there are stickier than a nitto but I don't see how a nitto 325/50 could such ***** unless your suspension or track sucks *****. Why would you go from a 325/50 to a 275/50, do you not need the extra sidewall, if not, is that why you don't like the nittos?

ON EDIT: I agree with JayC on the Spec 3 killing the input shaft.

im afraid with the 28s and stock 3.27s it gonna bog off the line, and i've never seen a car dead hook on nittos. i like the extra width of the 325s but there isn't anything between the 325s and 275s in the street radials that ive seen at least not 26 inch tall.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=361xw...e=channel_page well now you have, that was a 1.60 (with a slight bog) on a 17" nitto. If I would have bump up the 2 step a little I would have had a 1.5x

what kind of power do you think you were puttin down off the line on that launch? and honestly the only time i have launched on these tires was with 3 blown bushings so they may hook. guess i kinda have a bad opinion of them because of that but i guess it the reason they wouldn't hook. you think it will bog if i dead hook on these 28s with 3.27s?
