Default Keep stock bumper or go with this look?

I just ordered roush rear valances b/c I was going to do side exhaust...but my dad has since talked me out of the idea. I still like the valances though so I was considering installing them and running dumps or cutting out some exhaust holes (like in the pictures) and installing the 3.5" stainless rolled tips I have laying in my back seat.

My car is silver btw. So should I stay stock and do the black accents, add the roush valances and run dumps, or add the roush valances and install my tips?

EDIT: btw I realize its a poor photochop, but i don't have a good program so it's a red roush from yahoo images and some of BHMustangs black accents/tips.

The exhaust cutouts with the Roush valance looks pretty sick but I'm not sure how that would work. Just cut it with a sawzall? I think it would take some work to look right.

have a body shop do it, it will look sick. Or you could just run dumps, I love dumps. Wouldn't do it any other way
