01 cobra bumper = sex that is why i am trying to get my hands on one

A Mach 1 grill delete will make the conversion easier. It gives you the floating pony emblem and if you get the 3pc it gives you the core support cover. Which ^^that one is lacking. If you don't you will see the yellow paint poking out through the grill and does not look near as good. I bought my 03 off ebay and got the rest of the fogs and brackets from 50resto.com. You dont need the bracket BTW. I bought the foglights, pigtails, bezels, and the brackets. I found now way to even use the brakets so I just ended up throwing them away. The fog lights mount to the back side of the bezel. You will also need the valance if you get the 03, if you get the 99/01, you wont need it. I ended up buying the valance for my 03 from the local stealership for 70 bux because I forgot about it and 50resto.com wanted to sell the the mach 1 chin spoiler, not the valance, and IMHO that looks like crap on a 03 front bumper.

I have a pony on mine now but can't use a radiator support cover due to my custom radiator/overflow. I will eventually paint that part black so its not so noticeable.

I cant find the 01 bumper anywhere! The only ones are OEM and $500ish. The 03 style is everywhere.

Thats just another reason why the 01 is better. I looked for 2 years before I found mine off a wrecked 01 cobra for $400 shipped.

go with a 03 bumper if you like the street car look but if you are looking for a drag car look go with the 01. 01 bumper and prostars looks sick but 03 cobra bumper and a nice set of rims looks just as good.
