Curtis at Archangel Motorsports in Tulsa can do the tune for you I believe at around 300$ for the tune if you supply the tuner. Will take about 3 hours @ 100$ an hour I believe. Also, he uses a dynopack dyno as well which are exceptional for tuning.

If the NPI tune is good, then it's not the tune. Id say it's either a bad engine, stock 2.73 gears, or just in need of a driver mod.

Timing off by a chain? , it has stock 3.27 gears, and what kind of driving mod do you need with a .4 reaction with a automatic car you can slam the gas down and go and not spin on street tires. I thought I was going to have traction probs gunning it, but I couldnt even get them to spin from a dead stop(like my old V6)

The car just feels like it has no low end power

maybe timing. Most likely tune, if you dont have a custom tune then you shouldnt be driving it.Does the engine run smoothly?

omg! Don't tell me these horror stories! I'm about to do mine soonish, eeeeeeeee!

I was told you didn't need a tune after a PI swap by a few people, i dont want to lay down 650 dollars for a tune.
PS, is 650 alot for a dyno tune?

EDIT: this will cheer you up, i found this and laughed:

dont believe whoever told you you wouldnt need a tune. You should always have a tune when you heavily mod your car.
