I voted paint and it might not cost you as much as you think. I know a guy who had his car wet sanded and a new clear coat put on for $1,000. It looks great.
i voted cams before reading the posts and seeing the picture and would like to change my vote to paint. I know how you feel about wanting your car to look good as well. i just dont know where you will get a paint job that will make you happy enough for 2400. I try to alternate my performance mods and exterior ones. I too spent my college refund money on my mustang (full exhaust).
