I didn't actually open the box yet...so the saga may continue...Actually I am going to go open it now. I swear if they got my parts wrong I am going to drive to the place...and woop up on somebody...

Everytime I've ordered something from them, I swear to god I get it FASTER than their quote. I seriously try to get all my stuff from them. Never ANYTHING to complain about. AND they send a hat with every order

1. My friend had to sue them to get his money back. They sent him the wrong item then said he couldn't return it (THR that is, not Jegs)

ya... EFF RPM OUTLET, never ever by from them EVER again.
bought some canton res. tanks, said it would be 1-2 day shipping, came in 10 days, they said it was "backordered" so i figured it was a fluke.
bought catback exhaust, came also a week later than expected "backordered"
bought there P.O.S pulley "motoblue" brand.... ya, broke on first REV, i waited 5 weeks for shipping. "backordered"
same order was a hertz shifter and spark plugs, and MAFia, the MAFIA came with the pulley, but the hertz shifter came 11 weeks later with the spark plugs "backordered"
my theory is that their standard receipt says "backordered" and they dont bother ordering anything from the manufacture until its payed for.... and they just dont follow up with shiiz.
WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!
when you compare them to like... lethal performance, i wouldnt even waste my **** by taking a crap on the owners head!

Ya, that will be the last dime they get out of this guy..and if I can help it any person I talk to. Its not that it took almost 5 weeks, it was the continual lieing each time I called...That is just bad business...I mean come on do a search on this place...LOL...How many companies have entire sites dedicated to bashing them....
