it doesn't suck 945lstang. why is everybody so weird about what people want to do in this forum? it's their car, so stop knocking their ideas so hard. you stick an eaton on a 2v with that tork tech manifold, and you're at at least 350 rwhp. with better low end than a centri. all you gotta offer is your opinion, and not knock the crap out of somebodys idea.

and the whipples and kb and whatever bolts onto a cobra is a bolt on to the tt manifold. the thing is not a waste of money guys. it opens up new possibilities for the 2v, and with the stock eaton, costs way less than new kits. if you go and buy everything new, then the price would be closer. i'm doing this swap and i'll be putting up at the very least stock cobra numbers with a relatively cheap swap. here you go...

stock eaton baby. 400hp. damn that thing sucks, huh?!

idk, this doesn't look so bad, that kit costs 1900 for everything but a used eaton, maf, injectors and pump? eatons seems to be everywhere too for pretty cheap. makes you think about vortech vs eaton...

what would be a total cost for this eaton swap?

on the pictures, where is the alternator?

I saw one post that the total cost came in around $2600.00 if you buy the manifold which comes with a new lower pulley, cross brace for relocating the alternator etc. You are not just buying a manifold. You also get the coolant reservoir, idler assembly and power steering relocation bracket. On all the stock 99-04 GT's I have seen them on, they seem to come in at 350 non-I/C and 390-405 rwhp with the front mount I/C.
