My buddys 94 was doing it and he was only trapping at 120mph.

ox, did you put something in there to brace the bottom of your bumper? I took the foam completely out and seeing that the support is towards the middle/top, can't the bottom still fold back like that?

No there is not enough surface area on the bottom for it to be pushed in. The main problem is the big part of the bumper cover which the support stops from pushing in.
