Alright, i recently put a kmember kit on my car and just took it to the shop to get an alignment done. I picked it up, left the parking lot in first gear then i shifted 2nd and stood on it from 3000rpm to 4500rpm then pushed the clutch in and put the car in nuetral to stop at a stopsign. well i then took my foot of the clutch and the car died. I fired it back up but not it just surges and chugs around 600rpm. I can give it more RPM and move the car but it just wont idle and sometimes shuts off. When im sitting in nuetral, i take my foot off the clutch and it sounds like a bunch of grinding or something coming from the clutch area??? what would that be? where should i look for a problem first???? Please help!

nvm....got it fixed...somehow i managed to blow a pcv valve hose off and it made me have all those problems.....
