Default WHP/weight to E/T Conversions... ballpark

Ok so im trying to get some idea of how much power would put me where...

im figuring on being on a DR with a 31 spline rear... cutting probably 1.8 60's or something close.

from what i see 300whp... usually 12.7-13.0 /1.8 60'

400.... 12.1-12.4 /1.8 60'

500.... ??

600....?
650?
700?
it will be a full/ near full weight car, maybe 15 inch wheels maybe 17s... if i go 15s there getting the 4 inch up front. How much would these help?

halp meh!

i can tell you this, with my 400 hp car that weighs a lil more than a mustang on slicks i cut mid 11s all day. so if you can drive, with 400 hp, cut 1.7s to 1.6 60's id say 11 should be no problem for you. but suspension makes a big difference, gear ratio, tire size, weight transfer, auto/m5, track prep, DA, etc etc. need more info to give you an accurate estimate.
