Default Getting Suspension work done, what should I upgrade?

Hey,

So I popped a curb, suspension blew up, swayed and bent the frame abit.

Springs are okay, they are replacing the entire left knee assembly so half the labor is already paid for.

Suspension mods I have include lowered/ stiffened springs (not sure what kind), castor/cambor adjuster and possibly adjustable strut (they are not sure if that is stock. They are doing alignment as well.

So, my goals include general handling and turning, maybe adding a S/C eventually.

While they are at it, what is the order of suspension upgrades I should do if any?

Thanks for your help!

Tai
