Default HID box location

Were did everyone mount the box for there headlight hid's i cant find a good place for the life of me i would search but is not the easiest to do on my itouch thanks in advance

i mounted one on the side right by the intake and the other right in between the battery and the headlight

Ok i have them mounted

Now were did everyone put the ground wire that is attached to each ballast

what ground wire?? i didnt get any ground wire with my HIDs??

My ballasts are mounteed on my front bumper support bar..

i mounted my driver's side between the battery and the fenderwell, and the passenger's side on the flat part under where the stock air filter would be. My old GT i took the plastic radiator support cover off and mounted the ballasts right under that. so if you're lookin at the grille, 1 was to the left, 1 to the right. but you couldnt see em from the outside. Anyways if each ballast has a ground, use your headlight ground.

alright thanks guys i have everything working now but my hi and lows are switched any suggestions on how to get the pins out with out ruining them

Yeah use a real small flat head screw driver. You have to swap the lo beam and ground wires. if i remember correctly. Just use a multimeter and test the voltages on HI vs. LO. You'll be able to figure out which 1 is the LO.
