this is the setup i may be switching to...depends if it can hold up or not

i may spend a few hundred more and go with a 35 spline 9"

If you're looking for a decent 31 spline differential, I would look here

Cheapest place I've found gears would be the same place....

You will need an installation kit with the gears too. That website has them but I've found the install kit for about $70 on summit racing.

That looks good, I can't figure out how to do that with Vista. I could do it with XP........

Anyways, as far as the diff. cover, if your on a budget and yours is in good condition, then you dont need one.

Do they help? Yes.

Are they more for a high horsepower car that actually has to worry about pushing the main caps? Yes.

i plan to be making 500-600 tq on motor and launching with a 150-225 shot of spray...so the extra strength is something i would like to have with it...but i made a separate thread, i didnt mean to **** in this guys thread...didnt mean to even post in here, the titles were just too similar and i did on accident
