Fuel filter change(highly suggested, at 57,300 miles mine literally spit out black gasoline out of intake side).

i usually change the fuel filter as soon as i get a new car. OP here's some other things u should do:

new air filter (or clean it if it's a K&N)
oil and filter change
fuel injector cleaner
and check tires for alignment

Plugs are a cheap and easy way to freshen up a new ride!

I would suggest air and fuel filters and a manual tranny fluid change. If unsure when the coolant was changed, get that too. I assume it has a fresh oil and oil filter, if unsure change those as well. Also check the rear end fluid, brake rotors and pads and tire wear.
