Let's use our brains to think here for a second... All the posi does is allow the 2 wheels to simultaneously put power to the ground... all it means now that your posi is broke, is that only one wheel is getting power! you arent "losing" power.. its just not being distributed evenly to both wheels...

well he could possibly be correct...

think about it.. having power go to 1 wheel is worse than having it go to 2 wheels...

but i dont think it will drstically effect you at the track.. you may run slower, or you may not..

chances are that you will run better at the track with that posi rebuilt...

i disagree, you will deff run slower, unless of course you already run a 2.3 60 foot time and you can back off the thottle a bit lol. I was runing 2.0 60s with he posi working and that dropped to 2.3 when my posi gave way, and i lost 3-4tenths down the track because of it. Then again if you dont know how to drive it may not matter

its dumb because you are not losing power...... dee da dee... you may be slower in the 1/4 mile, but it doesn't magically drop your hp levels....

probably because of the way that you worded it.

the way i look at it...one wheel peel = less power to the ground = slower car.
