Default which way to go?

guys, i need some input and guidance! well after getting (most of) my finances right im ready to start my customization of my 00' gt! i know where im goin as far as the appearance inside n out, but its tha power plant thats givin me a headache! should i turbo it, go with a kenne bell s/c, or build a hefty nos engine. or should i do tha 5.4 swap(which i know nothing about) or should i swap it out for a 3v/4v motor n go from there? sorry for tha long post but im really tryin to narrow it all down cause i want to be done w/it by mid/late summer. please help! any and all suggestions are more than welcomed!!! its a 5-speed also if that helps. what im lookin for is able to outrun corvettes. t/a's, z28's etc.. etc.. and the faster imports.

The easiest thing to do is just supercharge it along with some bolt-ons. I don't think that will get you in Vette teritory but its a start.

an intercooled KB, full bolt ons, a pretty solid suspension set up and some DRs should get you into the vette category

what power levels you looking for? if you are gonna be happy with 400hp, that 5k will go a long way...if youre wanting more, then that 5k needs to go into a built bottom end or a built long block

then i would drop that whole 5k into a built longblock...then start saving for a supercharger

http://www.modularmustangracing.com/

go to products, then longblock... get a build longblock, with ported heads and some nice blower cams..then save for a blower
