+1 if you want REAL power, youll need nitrous/supercharger/turbo

I going to tell you go the suspension route since you mention you want really good handling.

1. MM Strut Tower Brace
2. MM Full length Subframe connectors
3. MM Caster/Camber Plates
4. H&R Super Sport Springs

This will all defiantly get rid of body roll and flex, It sure did in my car. As for power I would do:

1. Kooks or ARH Longtubes & Catted X
2. Borla Stingers Catback
(Both are stainless so you will never have to worry about it rusting out)
3. K&N Intake
4. TB/Plenum Combo
5. Gears
6. Tune

I get all my parts from lethalperformance.com They have great customer service and fast shipping. Here is a link to stuff for you car:

For the tuner and tune I would go with brenspeed if you don't want to spend a lot for a dyno tune right now.

If suspension is your main game, you need to decide how good you actually want to handle. Your spring/shock/strut combination is very important. A lot of people dont pay attention to this stuff and pair random things together and expect it to perform. This combination is much like a head/cam/intake, in the sense of importance. If you pair the wrong stuff together you will get sup par results.

If you want to be able to keep up with Miata type cars in the curves you will need different things then if you say, wanted to just have a more fun car to drive.

IDK why you hate them so much. I get nothing but compliments on my exhaust system. I get a ton of people telling me how nice it is to hear a mustang with something other then flowmasters. Everyone & their grandma has flowmasters

ya the flows arent my favorite on a 4.6..especially if its mated to an o/r x. they make them sound metallic as hell.

i just dont like the rasp of the stingers. IMO they sound bad no matter what kind of exhaust combo you use.

bassani.

yes, the borlas sound better with a catted midpipe, but i prefer the raw sound of the o/r pipes. and you already know how stingers sound with an o/r midpipe.
