new titanium pins! + misc other titanium parts
i figured i needed some consoling
so tues the 21st i was helping push our 52 chevy out of the garage and i went to jump into the drivers seat as it was already moving and i didnt get my hand off the door in time and it got crushed between the door and the garage. went to the ER and had the wrist set.
tuesday the 28th i went in to get some more xrays after the swelling went down. doc found a piece of bone that needed to get pinned in so it wouldnt move. just 1 pin. so surgery was last wednesday morning.
wednesday i have surgery, it didnt go how i hoped it would
wake up 2 hours later than i thought i would, they ended up discovering it was broken worse than they thought so doc had to put in:
4 titanium screws
6 titanium pins
1 titanium plate
(i asked if it was just gonna be surgical steel but he exclaimed he was usin all titanium lol)
also i have a splint wrapped in an ace bandage, i will not be gettin a cast.
ive been outta class for 2 weeks now n finals are monday... lol heres a link to the pics. im sure u can sort em out.

Not with titanium. I have 15 Screws in my jaw, and 3 titanium plates, havn't set off a detector yet, worse yet, I don't have scars to show even if they do stop me

lol they took my splint off today n pulled the gauze off n i got bout a 4 inch scar right down my wrist... looks like im emo haha
