Default Question about coil-overs/suspension in general

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/79-04-MUSTANG-BILLET-FRONT-REAR-COIL-OVER-KIT-QA1-GT_W0QQitemZ290316176846QQcmdZViewItemQQptZMotors_ Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories?hash=item4398314dce&_t rksid=p4506.c0.m245&_trkparms=72%3A1171%7C65%3A12% 7C39%3A1%7C240%3A1318

Even after running a search I am pretty unfamiliar with coil-overs but I hear good things about them so I was wondering; would something like that be a good upgrade when looking for a more aggressive handling car that still rides nice? Would I need anything besides the shocks/struts to complete that kit (A arms, different k, etc?)

I currently have FRPP c-springs and that is it as far as my suspension goes. Just looking for cost effective options (not trying to make a track car).

Thanks for any help guys.

I would like to know as well....only I am looking for a budget track setup like the one you linked to. Just curious how much better than the stock setup that would be.
