Well I was running a 3.1 at 13 psi and after intercooler install dropped to 9psi, so 7 is about right

wow? that big of a drop? I thought most advertised a 1-1.5PSI drop at most?

Nope, dropped 4 psi and stepped up to a 2.87 to bring it back to 13psi

do you get belt slip with a 2.87" pulley? I have one but I heard you can't go below a 3" pulley without belt slip.

No belt slip I am running a Gates from NAPA 25-061115, Fits perfectly!

sounds like exactly what happened to me. Made 8 lbs non intercooled on 3.6. I added an A/A intercooler and a 3.33 pulley and only made 6-7lbs. Put a RR 2.9 pulley on and now make 11ish.
