Decent deal, if it's what you want and the car is in good shape - it doesn't matter what you pay or what anyone else says about it.

Goodluck.

not bad, and I'm generally a very stingy person when it comes to other peoples deals..

some people might say 11,500 is a bit high for a 6-7 year old GT, especially with a 2V, but the fact that it only has 23K miles is a HUGE plus in my book!

Sounds sweet!
yep I paid almost $1k over the blue book value for mine. It was completely stock and had 39k and an immaculate body. Well worth it to me for an 8 year old car when I bought it

To the OP, be sure to ask for the original midpipe (with cats) so that you can swap it during inspection time. If the seller doesn't have it, try to haggle a little on the price so that you can buy one. It is still a buyer's market.

I will have my inspectors license in a month or so, if not I know a shop that will not do a visual inspection. They just plug in the obd-2 and thats it. My previous mustang didn't have cats either.

But thanks for the responses all! I'm stoked right now. Hopefully I will officially own the car by sat or Tuesday latest, unfortunately my bank is open on Sunday or this memorial Monday. Better check back for pics and video, Its super clean.

It was the right deal for me 11,500.

I was looking at stock GTs for the same price and more mileage. So this one with upgrades that I would have done myself for the price was perfect.

QUICK EDIT

I know GTs have 260 crank hp, whats the rwhp and a rough guesstimation (new word) on the HP with the mods that are on it?
Ive been looking into those VT stage 2 N/A cams or teh Vt stage 2 blower cams with plans of maybe putting a vortech on it in the future.

sounds like a great buy ! not bad price at all . Congrats !
