so head changing kit, heads,intake *tapped*,cams with valve springs and thats it?

Yea, but like we've recommended already, while you have the heads off you might as well replace the timing components (chains, guides, tensioners).

if you have the aluminum cross over npi intake and by an aluminum crossover pi intake. you can swap the aluminum part (two taps on the npi, one on the PI only a couple of bolts to swap) between the two and not have to tap the intake.

when you talk about tapping the intake are you referring to tapping it for the cooling mod? If you haven't done so, now would be the perfect time to do it, you'll thank me later!
