Car wont idle

Car wont idle
Ok so i was driving my car today and i turned it off to go into the store i come back out and start it up and it wouldent idle i had to give it gas to keep it running eventually i got going luckily i have a 5 speed and at all the lights i had to use my left foot for the brake and clutch and feather the gas so it wouldent die on the way home tho about 20 miles later i pull up to a stop sign and it idles fine does that sound like the IAC Valve to you guys cause thats what i was thinking any help would be appreciated

Ok thanks guys just wanted to get a second opinion and it happened at like the worst time ever i just got done racing a new Challenger R/T and pulled about 1 1/2 - 2 cars on him i was feeling pretty good about my car and then that happened....lol
