Question vis cobra r hood

i recently swapped my motor in my 2002 gt to a 2003 cobra motor i learned the hard way that the supercharger does not clear the hood it looked so damn close it even shuts its just when you hit the gas and the motor torques it ate a small hole in the hood and shredding the belt to smitherines so my question is does anyone know if a cobra r hood will fit without shredding belt or the hood itself

It will fit. Anything with a cowl will fit.

can you shave out the area of the hood where it hits to give more clearance? just make it thinner there so it looks the same with the hood closed?

You are probably better off just giving the motor and supercharger to me. It's going to be way too much fuss to deal with swapping hoods. No need to thank me.
