Default P1131 after longtube install

Well, I can't seem to get rid of this code. I check to make sure everything was connected right and it doesn't appear that I have an exhaust leak. I also got a mail order tune from Bama but I'm not sure it has to do with the tune. Anybody have any thoughts? It only started after I had them installed.

Did you have the longtubes accounted for in the tune?

I told them that I have longtubes in the original info I sent to them. I just emailed them and let them know that I still am getting the DTC. We'll see what they say, I hope its in the tune.

A HEGO sensor indicating lean at the end of a test is trying to correct for an over-rich condition. The test fails when the fuel control system no longer detects switching for a calibrated amount of time.

P1131 is Lack of Upstream Heated Oxygen Sensor Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean - Bank No. 1

If everything is installed well without exhaust leaks I think it is a problem in the tune because of the better flow you have now.

get that code all the time. only thing the car will do is run a little more rich but the fix it to either turn off the rear o2 sensor or get that wire connector piece thing to cancel the code out.

I think this code is for the front o2 sensors. The rear o2s are what you cancel with a tuner or use mil's for.

Why only bank 1 though? That seems odd.

could also be a bad sensor or a wire may have gotten pinched during the install
