i have to agree. the cobra is the better car performance wise, and thats the one i would get, but i deff wouldnt DD it.
For a DD go with the S197.
For Power go with the Cobra.

thanks guys for ur inputs, just a few more questions why wouldent u guys DD your cobra is it uncomfortable for long rides because sometimes i have to drive from maryland to kansas or to tennessee. I guess what im looking for is something I can get power out of and something comfortable as well! are there any good sedans that are fast plus comfortable, I have driven the pontiac G8 and wasent really to impressed nice car but not worth buying when pontiac is going under! any ideas

no...it rides better than my brothers rsx-s. the ride isn't bad at all.

it's just the fact that you would spend all that money on a cobra with an already built motor, just to rack up the miles on it. not to mention the fact that DD cars show the obvious signs of wear and tear. seeing that on a cobra is sad IMO.

a perfect scenario:

sell the GT for the cobra. buy some other form of a DD. (if it was me it wouldn't be a stang, but maybe like a used audi or bmw )

dont daily drive a terminator. just get a GT used for like 17k now and throw a s/c'er and low boost. that will be reliable if tuned right.
