my wifes lil eclipse gets like 500 miles to a tank, its a dog but somewhat comfortable and i got it for 3k....but now she wants an 04 cobra or 2010 camaro so looks like i finally get to upgrade

@OP: You aren't going to get much for that car. The mods won't really add much/if any value to the car. The only people that will want the mods are people that are actually into these kinds of things. Even then, its a very specialized market. READ: Buyer would need to have an engine transplant in mind.
Keep it, because if you sell it 1) you'll miss it 2) You'll get **** for it 3) 1+2= obviously don't sell it.
I'd say maybe 5k~ish to the right buyer.

I talked to my wife last night and we both agreed that I don't need to sell the car. Times are tough, but even though it's not anywhere close to what I want it to be, i've still put a great deal of time into it. I'd hate to get rid of it and regret that i did.
