I plan on buying all my mods on americanmuscle .com,,,a JLT intake,,BBK SHortys,,75mmTB and plenum combo and what else do you think i will need to make at least 300hp to the crank..Will this already be considered Full bolt ons or what else do i need?

get under the car and look. If its flows it will say flowmaster on the mufflers

Also instead of all that stuff from AM get some new gears for that Auto , Im sure you love them better.

+1 flowmaster 40 series mufflers, i'd bank on it. and fyi you have 2001 cobra wheels.

Those sound like 40's with teh stock midpipe. Take a picture of the underside of the car for us.

OH, and don't even bother with shorty headers. Take it from me, and do this mod, if you absolutely have no other mods to do. I got mine for free, and if I had known what a PITA it was, I would have sold them instead.
