Default Would this be a good N/A street setup?

whats up guys, ive been looking into doing a few more power mods to the GT, and ive been thinking about which combo would be best for my DD stang.

I was thinking of going with Patriot Performance Stage 2 heads, CMS stage 2 cams, and the TFS track heat intake.

What kind of power would i be looking at with this combo?

I don't plan on putting a blower on this car, all these parts brand new would come to around $2600, and me and my buddies would be doing the install.

Any imput from you N/A guys would be helpful.

I'd look into the CMS TFS top end combo kit they have...

TF heads, intake, and stage 2 CMS cams... all for like 2500$ I believe...

well there are 2 top end kits from CMS, the $2500 kit was without the intake, and the other one with the intake is $3250.

i still haven't been sold on the TFS heads, they dyno'ed 407.6 HP and 347.8 tq to the crank, directly from trick flow, and that was with the TFS intake and aftermarket cams. arent those numbers pretty much the same as any stage 2 head, cam, and intake combo? If i can get the same power spending $650 less, that would be nice

from what ive seen patriot has ironed out any issues they had before. id say the heads and cams would be fine, but not sure on the intake

I would think you would probably make somewhere between 285-300 range.

i'd do the trickflow heads, they made 400 hp like you said on the stock porting, imagine if you have them ported what they can do.

If you are skeptical as most on here are of the trickflow heads, then wait to do this til after people start getting real world results and numbers. Then make your decision. I think its the way to go but ive been hearing of ptv issues with these heads. Only time will tell though.

Where did you hear about them making 400? The last time I heard about it them was when they dynoed it with some kind of aggressive cam and full bolt ons and it made like 360rwhp but had to rev up to like 6800rpm's.

Strider, where did you hear that information at??? The only info people on here have heard are that they dyno'd a stock bottom end car with their manifold, heads, and stage one cams and made like 333rwhp. Thats the last ive heard on here about them. Clue us into where you got your info from so we can check it out.
